My husband and I motored up into the North Georgia mountains yesterday. We went to Jasper 

Georgia and ate lunch at a quaint restaurant called 

"61 Main". The food was great and I loved

the atmosphere. It was so clean and the people were so friendly!

It was a lovely drive. Look!! No traffic!!

Rockin' around the Ol' Home Place

This rocker belonged to my husband's Aunt. I don't know

how old it is, but we have a picture of his grandmother sitting

in it, and she passed away in 1939. So it is over 70 years old.

The back has a face like the north wind and the arms have

Griffin heads. I think that is what they are called. Ugly would

also work!
